The Great Calf Rescue

Saved a calf (young cow) yesterday. It had fallen into the deepest part of a pond (of course) and my uncle fished her out. We have no idea how long she had been swimming around, she was about a goner when my uncle saved her. He and the driver were stuck on the tractor after the calf was dragged to the bank. There I and my cousins (one is 11, the other 5) wrapped it in blankets and rubbed on it trying to get it warm. I breathed on it's nose trying to keep it from freezing over and suffocating, by the way the temperature was in the teens! Today the calf was up, walking about and eating.
